Volunteer Information
The mission of The Crawford County Fair is an annual family-friendly event that showcases the talents of the area in an educational and fun-filled atmosphere.
Crawford County Fair is looking for volunteers for before, during, and after the fair. Our success is based on the talent our volunteers provide.
Before/After Fair: Awards for state/county, award for exhibitor, ribbons, decorating bathrooms, painting, making programs for animal shows.
During: Superintendent, parking, gates, office assistants, data entry of exhibitor placings, accounting, these are just a few volunteering opportunities.
Sponsorship Information
Purple Ribbon Sponsor: ($1,500 and above) Blue Ribbon Sponsor: ($1,000-$1,499)Sponsors at the Blue Ribbon Level:
- Listed on 2,000 Fair brochures
- Listed on Sponsor page of fair website and on signs in two prominent locations on the Fairgrounds
- Sponsors are encouraged provide a banner to be displayed at the Fair
- Sponsors will also receive eight season passes to the Crawford County Fair
- Sponsor will receive one commercial booth space in or outdoors
- In addition, you will be recognized at other events the Fair Board sponsors throughout the year

- Listed on 2,000 Fair brochures
- Listed on Sponsor page of fair website and on signs in two prominent locations on the Fairgrounds
- Sponsors are encouraged provide a banner to be displayed at the Fair

- In addition, you will be recognized at other events the Fair Board sponsors throughout the year
